Vodafone Portugal Selects Amdocs OSS Solutions

Amdocs announced that Vodafone Portugal will use it OSS solutions to streamline network resource and capacity management.

Amdocs OSS solutions will support Vodafone Portugal’s 2G and 3G networks and its new broadband DSL fixed line service, allowing the provider to manage network facilities more efficiently and cost-effectively. Vodafone Portugal said the choice will help it roll out innovative services that require bandwidth-on-demand, such as games, images, music and specialized content.
