Telcordia Selected for Avaya DevConnect

Telcordia Technologies Inc. said it has been selected for membership in the Avaya DevConnect program.

Telcordia is the developer of the Telcordia Service Interconnection Registry, which is a centrally-managed, carrier-grade registry that enables inter-carrier routing and rating for TDM and IP-enabled communications services.

The Avaya DevConnect program promotes the development, compliance-testing and co-marketing of innovative third-party products that are compatible with standards-based Avaya Inc. products. Member organizations have expertise in a range of technologies – including IP telephony, contact centers and mobility applications.

The program currently includes thousands of software and hardware developer companies, integrators, service providers and customers. Members have created solutions tested for Avaya compliance, including natural language speech recognition applications, wireless services, specialized computer telephony integration and reporting capabilities, and applications tailored for specific vertical industries.
