Accanto Systems Unveils Managed Services Program

Accanto Systems has announced its Managed Services Program, known as AccantoEye. It provides wireless operators what the company calls a low, upfront investment alternative to implement and manage Accanto’s network monitoring and troubleshooting solution, Customer Service Assurance (iCSA).

AccantoEye is a turnkey program that gives operators the ability to fully implement the Accanto iCSA monitoring and troubleshooting solution and have it managed by the Accanto Professional Services team on a monthly-fee basis. Accanto iCSA is designed to help operators manage and troubleshoot modern converged telecom networks and services.
