Aspect Launches CRM System

Aspect Telecommunications Corp., a provider of customer relationship management (CRM) systems, recently debuted its Aspect Customer DataMart, a packaged business intelligence system designed to gather multimedia customer data from distributed contact centers. Using the system, companies can view all customer data, whether from contact centers or CRM data gleaned through other enterprise systems. Companies also can assess customer and business interactions to improve overall operations, meet objectives and track customer preferences to create personalized service, company officials said.
