BCS Global Taps Apparent Performance Management

Apparent Networks announced that BCS Global has implemented its AppCritical network performance management solution. BCS Global is using AppCritical to maintain the quality and reliability of its Virtual Presence videoconferencing and collaboration service.

AppCritical allows BCS Global to monitor the network paths used by the Virtual Presence service as video traffic moves across complex, multiparty networks. With this end-to-end path perspective, BCS Global can assess performance characteristics anywhere on its extended network, including segments that are owned or managed by outside parties, such as carriers, service providers or partners.
