CBIS ELECTS NEW COO; LHS APPOINTS CTO

Cincinnati Bell Inc., announced that Brian C. Henry was elected chief operating officer of Cincinnati Bell Information Systems (CBIS). Henry will have day-to-day responsibility for CBIS' business units and will continue as chief financial officer with Cincinnati Bell until his successor is named. In other news, LHS Group appointed Dr. Hansjšrg Beha chief technology officer for its worldwide operations. Beha will be responsible for the company's research and development and product management activities in telecom billing and customer care area. Before joining LHS, Beha was CIO of Sandoz Group in Switzerland and director of information systems for the Daimler Benz Group in Germany.
