CBIS SIGNS CONTRACT WITH GALAXY TELECOM

Cincinnati Bell Information Systems (CBIS) announced that it has signed a contract with cable television operator Galaxy Telecom to provide the CableMaster 2000 subscriber management and billing system on a service bureau basis. This is the first service bureau contract CBIS has signed for CableMaster. The system will support Galaxy's 202,000 subscribers in the South and Midwest. CBIS will run the system for Galaxy from its data centers in Cincinnati and Orlando.
