CDG Promotes Goble, Cearlock

Telecom billing vendor Communications Data Group Inc. (CDG) has promoted two of its key employees.

Phillip Goble now serves as vice president of product development for CDG’s subscriber billing system, Modularity. And David Cearlock is the new manager of information technology.

Goble has 30 years of technical and management experience in the telecom billing sector, according to CDG. He’ll oversee CDG’s next-gen billing systems that accommodate voice, data and video.

Cearlock, meanwhile, will continue ensuring CDG’s networks and infrastructure are secure and reliable, the company said. Cearlock holds several critical industry certifications, including MCSE and CCNP.
