CREDO Asks for Info Directions

San Francisco-based MVNO CREDO Mobile (formerly Working Assets Wireless) has completed installation of Info Directions’ CostGuard XG operations and billing system to support its growing member base.

Info Directions is a developer of net-centric billing, rating, order management, workflow and selling solutions for the telecommunica¬tions industry. CREDO Mobile is using its CostGuard XG solution to automate the manual processes related to orders, fulfillment, collections and other functionality that helps the company deliver productivity gains. CREDO also used Info Directions’ product catalog to create and manage complex product bundles.

CREDO Mobile provides mobile and long distance services that generate donations when used. It also serves as a left-leaning political force, providing subscribers with a soapbox from which to express their views on public issues.
