Digital Fuel Delivers Advanced ITIL Catalog

Digital Fuel’s ServiceFlow application supports industry standards such as ITIL v3, COBIT, ISO 20000 and the TM Forum’s eTOM, making the entire process a part of a complete service management methodology.

“ServiceFlow enables us to run internal services like a business, providing our business units with chargeback bills to control consumption,” said Lincoln Little, director of global BU billing for Cummins Inc. “By focusing on customer-facing issues, Digital Fuel has become the backbone for the way we deliver services internally across our enterprise.”

Ian Seneviratne, head of operations for global application management in Siemens’ IT Solutions and Services group, said in a statement that ServiceFlow underpins the company’s ITIL processes.
