InnoPath Unveils Mobile Device Management Upgrade

As more mobile users move to using smart devices and advanced applications, the management of the handsets becomes paramount for operators looking to deliver a differentiating customer experience. To that end, mobile device management vendor Innopath has released a new version of its ActiveCare MDM platform.

Innopath uses a server-based push approach to leverage a native client or send a standardized client to the device. The result is the automation of MDM for operators. It creates an active connection between handset and customer care, so call handling times and problem resolution are improved.
