INTEGRETEL DEBUTS DIRECTIMPACT

Integretel Inc., a third-party billing and collection service bureau, along with Info Directions Inc. will offer an application service provider billing system as part of Integretel’s billing service bureau offerings. Using Info Direction’s CostGuard platform, Integretel plans to offer DirectIMPACT to provide rating, taxing, invoicing, reporting, debt management, and lock-box processing and Web-enabled customer service.
