Intellifiber Offers New Metrics for Service Delivery

Intellifiber Networks has announced new service metrics for quoting, order processing and service delivery designed to more quickly and efficiently serve customers.

Intellifiber redesigned its entire quote-to-activation process, saying it has streamlined order flow and reduced the number of touch points required for order fulfillment.

The resulting process allows Intellifiber Networks to put in place service metrics for orders across its network that far exceed current industry standards, according to the company. They include:

  • Quote response within one business day
  • Order acknowledgement within one business day
  • Firm order commitment within one business day
  • Service activation within five to ten business days of order
