The iSpark Group introduced BillMax Version 1.5, designed to address the billing challenges experienced by ISPs, ASPs, BSPs, Web hosts, cable companies and other subscription-based businesses. Services offered include online payment and presentation, customer care and fulfillment, automated credit card processing, automated overdue processing and account suspension, remote secured access to databases, professional billing consulting services and support, and a Web-enabled customer interface.
