JDSU Named to Deloitte Technology Fast 50 List

Deloitte LLP has named JDSU Uniphase Corp. (JDSU) to its Technology Fast 50 Program for Silicon Valley.

JDSU specializes in communications test and measurement services. Deloitte’s Fast 50 list rewards companies’ fast growth rates. Rankings are based on the percentage revenue increase over five years; this list tracked fiscal years 2003-2007.

JDSU said its revenue growth came in at 107 percent for that time frame.

Companies that qualify for the Technology Fast 50 must have had operating revenue of at least $50,000 in fiscal year 2003 and $5 million in fiscal year 2007, be headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area, and own proprietary technology or proprietary intellectual property that contributes to a significant portion of operating revenue.
