The Kapsch Group will unveil Kapsch ConnexPlus at next week’s Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. Kaspch ConnexPlus is a developer of carrier-grade next-generation applications and service assurance software products for global network and service providers. Kapsch now has two complementary telecommunication companies covering two distinct areas: Kapsch CarrierCom continues to focus on solution and system integration, primarily in southeastern Europe. Kapsch ConnexPlus now enters the global telecom business with its extensive product portfolio, partnering with major vendors and market leading network and service providers. The company claims Kapsch ConnexPlus has know-how and experience in voice-based services, clearly an area where operators make money today. Hans van der Linde, co-managing director of Kapsch ConnexPlus said, “We have the clear strategic goal to be the leading developer of Next Generation Applications and Services in the global market.” Moreover, Kapsch ConnexPlus sees increasing demand for replacing legacy systems and consolidating OSS/BSS platforms. “With our focus on open standards, as well as the development of new services we are able to offer leading network providers innovative solutions,”, explained Phillip Parfitt, co-managing director.
