LemonIT to Sell Convergys' Voice Portal Solution

South Korea-based LemonIT has agreed to sell Convergys’ Intervoice Voice Portal solution. It will be the only voice portal solution in Lemon’s portfolio.

“Our new partnership with Convergys will strengthen LemonIT’s position as a leading IP telecommunications company in Korea,” said LemonIT president Kevin Kwanyeol Lee. “We’re excited about bringing Intervoice Voice Portal to this market and being the first to introduce multi-modal applications to our customers.
