WeDo Consulting has released version 4.0 of its Integrated Collections Solution (ICS), an integrated account manager that automates credit control and collection operations for telecom providers. The release includes an advanced rules engine that allows a collections manager to design the most appropriate collections processes based on complex business relationships. The operator can address bad debt through an integrated approach, considering each customer’s entire debt portfolio, including multiple accounts and invoices.
