Info Directions and regulatory services firm Telecom Compliance Services have incorporated their products to simplify the process of submitting compliance documents to state and federal regulatory agencies. Telecom Compliance Services’ advanced reporting product, Regulatory Compliance Administration Platform (ReCAP) and Info Directions’ CostGuard.NET OSS/BSS solution will now share the electronic data needed to streamline the regulatory process for the companies’ joint clients.
