Sheer Networks and cVidya Networks have completed a joint integration solution aimed at reducing revenue leakage and increasing the performance of next-generation networks. The partnership facilitates integration between the Sheer BOS network management platform and the carriers’ BSS environment, adding the business/financial criteria to the network view, and enabling service providers to identify revenue leakage caused by unbilled and under-billed customers, reclaim lost revenues, identify stranded assets, substantially reduce provisioning failures, and prioritize NOC activities according to the business impact.
