CMG has launched Prepaid mCharger, a real-time product to rate and charge for prepaid messaging, services and content. Operators can use the software to offer prepaid subscribers the same range of services as postpaid customers, including SMS global roaming, enhanced messaging and premium rate mobile terminated services.
