Sigma Systems Deploys at Cogeco Cable

Sigma Systems has announced that Cogeco Cable has deployed its residential voice package and services to deliver SIP-based VoIP services across its Ontario region. The Sigma SMP and voice service package provides Cogeco order management, resource management, service provisioning and intercarrier gateway integration capabilities for VoIP services such as dial tone, voice mail, long distance service provider selection and CLASS/calling features.

EastWind Offers BI Product
EastWind, a Russian software company, launched a business intelligence solution designed to provide analytics and reports. EastWind Data Expert product includes a toolkit for collecting and analyzing information from billing systems, network equipment, service platforms and accounting systems.

The system includes algorithms for efficient operations within the subscriber base and enables detailed analysis of information on different aspects of an operator’s activities, including finance, marketing, customer care, dealers and management. EastWind is a part of SITRONICS Telecommunication Solutions.
