OSG, INFO DIRECTIONS FORM ALLIANCE

OSG Billing Services plans to integrate its print and mail capabilities with Info Direction’s CostGuard billing, rating and customer care system. The alliance was developed in hopes of creating a streamlined billing system. Rio Communications Inc. of Eugene, Ore., also will use CostGuard for integrated billing, customer management and OnlineBill for EBPP. OSG also recently partnered with OneStar Long Distance Inc. to establish OSG as the premier bill presentment outsourcer for OneStar.
