OSG Billing Services’ new CEO, Hank Riner, re-aligned his leadership team this week with two executive appointments. Former vice president of sales and marketing, Ron Whaley, has been appointed to a new C-level position: Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Whaley will spearhead the growth of the organization and lead the sales team while developing a more consultative approach to working with customers. Steven Dubner is the new senior director of marketing and product development. In addition to continuing to oversee strategic partnerships, Dubner will lead the company’s marketing and product development efforts. Riner was brought in two months ago and was given by the board of directors the mission to take the company to the next level. These appointments are part of his plan for doing so. See more of Riner’s plan in his recent Q&A, which appears in the upcoming issue of B/OSS. “As OSG Billing Services continues to grow and evolve, it was important that we formalize a leadership role to head up our revenue generating efforts,” said Riner said. “Ron has been a key member of this company for over ten years and his expertise is invaluable. We are pleased to have Ron in a role that allows him to focus on the growth of the company and oversee the sales and revenue strategy.” Of Dubner, Riner said, “Steve has done an incredible job of securing our software partnerships and helping OSG Billing Services build long-lasting and valuable relationships,” said Riner. “We are enthusiastic about Steve overseeing this newly formed division of OSG Billing Services and providing a focus to our products and offerings.” OSG Billing Services provides invoice presentment and distribution services and advises customers on direct billing strategies to improve the overall quality of the invoice and increase customer satisfaction.
