Fathom Solutions, which provides OSS strategy and integration services, worked with Cygent to deploy an integrated customer care, order management and service management system for QuantumShift. Fathom integrated Cygent’s Task Manager and Integration Messaging into the existing OSS to boost cross-system data integrity. QuantumShift helps companies manage their voice, data and wireless services.
