CustomCall Data Systems said this week that its private-label billing partnership with New Global Telecom (NGT) has achieved a 60-day timeframe for service providers to begin billing for advanced VoIP services. Launched in 2007, the CustomCall-NGT partnership combines NGT’s Private Label Services and managed VoIP infrastructure with CustomCall’s hosted Webtop BPM billing and OSS platform. Together they deliver a complete VoIP and OSS solution as a fully managed offer. NGT’s Private Label Services includes provisioning and activation of business VoIP services on a proactively managed network infrastructure. Also available are pre-packed VoIP service bundles geared at different business users along with telephone number fulfillment processes, FCC-compliant E911 services, caller ID, directory listing, CNAM (caller name), operator service, and directory assistance. Webtop BPM combines CustomCall’s bill processing system, intuitive application interface, invoice presentment and eBill, along with integrated taxation and a workflow engine to automate order management, MACD, collections, reseller management, document management, customer care and other core business processes. This “mash-up” of billing, OSS, provisioning and infrastructure enables service providers to deliver standards-based advanced telephony services faster, whether they are existing service providers entering new markets or non-traditional providers seeking to leverage standards-based infrastructure for one-stop market entry.
