Info Directions, OSG Billing Services Launch Solution for Customer Care

OSG Billing Services and Info Directions are launching an integrated solution that simplifies the customer care requirements related to the process of rendering and viewing customer invoices.

OSG, a provider of invoice presentment and distribution solutions and Info Directions, Inc., a developer of billing and operations software share more than 40 clients in the communications industry. Their integrated solution will simplify the customer care requirements related to the process of rendering and viewing customer invoices.

The two companies have integrated OSG Billing Services’ View Plus invoice presentment solution into Info Directions’ OnlineBill self-care and CostGuard customer care and billing modules. The product gives end users and service provider customer care representatives the ability to render an exact copy of a customer invoice for immediate delivery via fax, e-mail or print reproduction.

The integration between View Plus, OnlineBill and CostGuard automates the invoice rendering process and helps service providers significantly reduce the amount of storage space needed to maintain months worth of invoice images in the billing system. In addition, the View Plus solution can create another revenue stream for service providers who opt to charge for any invoice created using the View Plus offering.
