Steven L. Tanner – Principle, Tanner and Associates
With over 20 years experience in technology, Mr. Tanner currently serves a strategic consultant to several clients in the technology and telecommunication sectors. As well as M&A activities, he has developed "go to market" strategies for flat rate and pay as you go products, managed spectrum auctions, selected enterprise software, implemented process improvement, developed high impact analytics, and negotiated national reseller relationships. Additionally, he developed operating strategic plans for a variety of technology companies serving both governmental and commercial markets. Mr. Tanner holds several degrees including advanced degrees in business operations and business development.

Slayton Stewart – CEO, Carolina West Wireless
Slayton is a season telecommunication executive with close to 15 years of industry experience. As CEO of Carolina West Wireless, Slayton is responsible for setting the strategic direction for the company as well as overseeing all of the day to day operations. In addition to Slayton’s responsibilities at Carolina West, Slayton is also the President of the Rural Cellular Association which provides educational and networking opportunities for member companies as well as lobbying on behalf of its stakeholders. Slayton is also an active board member for CTIA. Slayton has several degrees including an MBA from the Babcock Graduate School of Management at Wake Forest University.

Iain Heap – Vice President Service Development
Iain Heap oversees the evolution of the application and service portfolio for ENABIL, ensuring the products and services ENABIL offers meet our existing and new customers needs. Iain has almost two decades of IT consulting experience and has managed many large application deployments throughout his career. Iain has an honours degree (BSc) in Business Information Systems from Staffordshire University and Software Engineering from Manchester University and in the United Kingdom

Sandy Wiersma – Vice President Sales & Marketing
Sandy is responsible for driving the Sales and Marketing efforts for ENABIL. Sandy brings with him almost 20 years of sales and sales management experience to the company including the last 8 years spent within the telecommunications industry. Sandy earned a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, graduating with honors, from McMaster University in Hamilton Ontario.
