If 20 percent of your customers were generating 90 percent of your profit, wouldn’t you want to know who those customers are? More important, wouldn't you want to know as much as you could about those customers' preferences, satisfaction and spending habits? Finally, do you want to be among the 87 percent of operators who say they want to improve their customer insight, or do you want to actually do it? Unifying the stores of fertile subscriber data from across fixed, mobile, cable and converged networks can help provide this insight and create the best customer experience. And creating a subscriber-centric network is the foundation to unleashing new business models and evolving to the new breed of Telco 2.0 operators.

Join this timely and important discussion on subscriber data management and explore how strategically managing your data in a unified way can distinguish your company from the competition and how strategic data consolidation can widen your view of the customer through:

  • Dynamically personalized services based on customer and profile-user behavior
  • Managing customer identity, charging and preference information while customers roam
  • A consistent presentation of services as customers change devices between home, office and mobile environments
  • Multiple uses of subscriber data, such as optimizing the network to cope with the wider variations in traffic and anomalistic behavior
  • Subscriber intelligence that adds greater accuracy to designing and targeting new services providing fast feedback on customer take-up and satisfaction.
