The Strategic Advantage to Managed Ops
If networks were static, managing them would not be so complex, costly or resource intensive. But change, as we know, is introduced continually into networks and the systems that support them, draining the business of profitability and distracting providers from their true goals: innovation and revenue growth.
This free Webinar will make clear the strategic advantages that come with the consistent, repeatable processes and financial advantages of a close managed services partnership. In this discussion you will learn:
- About converting a cost center operation into a revenue generating business
- The difference between managing a network internally as a core competence or externally as a strategic advantage
- That a global managed services provider is best equipped to keep pace with change
- How applying best practices to repeatable processes can lower the total cost of ownership
- How operators and service providers that commit to a close partnership, rather than a typical customer/vendor relationship, work together to solve problems and create positive momentum
- To let go of misconceptions about managed services and see how it is being done successfully
