Real-time Monetization Opportunities Driving Revenue for Communications Service Providers

Available: On Demand
Speakers: Mike Morini, President and CEO, Aria Systems; Dave Labuda, Founder & CEO, MATRIXX Software; Larry Lannon, Group Publisher, Communications Network

As competitiveness continues to ramp in the communications market, Communications Service Providers (CSPs) must adjust and evolve to dynamic market conditions. Introducing new products and services at a rapid pace is critical to gaining market share and preserving the lucrative long-term revenue streams of loyal customers. Adding pressure is the need to contain operational costs as providers innovate and grow, difficult with traditional on-premise solutions.

SaaS subscription billing and management solutions empower CSPs with the flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions without driving up operational costs. The right solution delivers against current requirements and supports new requirements as the CSP grows. Couple this with the right rating engine and CSPs gain the ability to blend revenue models including one-time charges (for example the purchase of a device), recurring subscription fees, as well as usage-based billing – including real-time rating and charging capabilities. Now CSPs can continuously innovate and accommodate changing customer requirements.
